In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming policies, hehuyk requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You must submit clear copies of government-issued identification (KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding your ID document. hehuyk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals that trigger anti-fraud protocols. Wagering requirements must be met on all deposits and bonuses before withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawal limits apply based on account status: standard members Rp 50.000.000 per day, VIP members up to Rp 200.000.000 per day.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hehuyk, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
